Participation in any classes, events, and activities must be secured in advance with full payment of any amount including necessary ancillary items. Such items may include poms, shirts, or other paraphernalia.

Participation is voluntary. You understand there are risks associated with any physical activity, including dance or cheer. All participants or the parent/guardian of any minor children agree to indemnify us and our affiliates from any liability to their person or possessions by completing and executing an appropriate waiver. Failure to deliver any complete waiver will exclude any participation and will not entitle you to any refund or part refund.

Once payment has been delivered for any classes, events, and activities, your place in the corresponding session will be confirmed pending suitability and availability.

Under certain circumstances we may need to reschedule a participatory session owing to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond our control. For example, some sessions operate in premises which hold seasonal schedules or availability. We will

do our best to communicate clearly, any changes as far in advance as is practicable.

Please remember that we have built this business in order to share our passions for dance and cheer, some sessions have a minimum number of participants in order to operate and your cancellation may result in the loss of enjoyment for others.

For a full refund of your purchase, submit a cancellation request to us at hello@thecheerlab.com in writing within 14 calendar days and within regular business hours, after which time your purchase becomes 100% non-refundable. If you have made a purchase for a participatory session which occurs less than 14 days following the date of purchase, your purchase will be 100% non-refundable.

No partial refunds will be considered. Tardiness, no-show, or declining to participate in any or all aspects of a session or set of sessions will not be refunded nor considered for any partial refund.

Some clothing items are custom sized or bespoke/made to order and may not be returned or refunded.

Pom poms and other active-use items may not be returned or refunded owing to health and hygiene reasons.

Where a material change has occurred to our session offerings we may adjust or apply some consideration but will not be obliged to do so.

We are a small business and rely heavily on word of mouth marketing, but also traditional marketing and public relations channels in order to maintain operations and provide a fun set of sessions for the dance and cheer community!

We do not have the administrative resources necessary to apply editing to remove the likeness of any individual and require a release to use your/your minor children’s photograph/video in our advertising and marketing. This means completing and executing an appropriate waiver. Failure to deliver any complete waiver will exclude any participation and will not entitle you to any refund or part refund.
